Reconciliation is not a statement we make once. It is the way we work — with our people, our customers, and the communities we operate in.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan sets out what we have committed to, who is responsible, and when it will be done. It is a public document, and we expect to be held to it.

Acknowledgement of Country

Allied Group acknowledges the Dharug people, the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work, and pays respect to Elders past and present. We extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Passion, Positivity, Protection

Passion, Positivity, Protection — an Aboriginal artwork in deep blues with white journey lines, a central meeting place, and rows of red and blue circles and dots.
Passion, Positivity, Protection by Dalmarri. Commissioned by Allied Group, 2026. Used with permission.

In 2026, we commissioned Dalmarri to create an artwork for Allied Group. Dalmarri is an Aboriginal-owned organisation founded by Trevor Eastwood and Jason Douglas — the name means meeting place. The work they created is called Passion, Positivity, Protection, and it now appears across our uniforms, our offices, and our communications.

This is the story of the work, in Dalmarri’s words.

This beautiful artwork tells the ongoing journey of Allied Group, its passion to help organisations, being positive in all they do, safely and to protect.

Highlighted in the centre is the valued meeting place of Allied Group. The large U shapes management who lead our services and install the values of our organisation.

The white lines our paths and journey lines as we build on relationships and respect within our communities.

The dots and boomerangs is our values and commitment to learn, engage and connect our first nation cultures building trust.

The reds reflect our landscape across the many lands. The circles and dots in blue, building safety and security to protect our people, our customers, our communities.

The outer layers is our way for bringing accountability, integrity and innovating better ways to enhance our presence into new markets and new experiences on country, respectfully.
